Refund policy

At Saharah Glow, our body butters are made in small batches using natural ingredients and no preservatives, so we take product safety seriously. We offer refunds on unopened items that have not been used and returned within 30 days of delivery. If the product has been opened, used, or is no longer in a resellable condition, unfortunately you will not entitled to a refund, due to hygiene reasons.

Upon receipt of your order and the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, so that we can assess the issue and seek a resolution. 

How to Return an Item

Please contact us at info.saharahglow@gmail.com to notify us of your return and include the following:

• Your order number

• Confirmation that the product is unopened and unused.

• The reason for your return

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend sending items securely and with tracking. Please include a note inside your parcel with your order number, email address, and return address so we can process your refund smoothly.
